Greetings! My name is Joe Doggett. I am the headmaster of the EduChina International High School Beijing Campus.

大家好!我叫Joe Doggett，我是中育贝拉国际高中北京校区的外方校长。

I wish I was speaking to you from Beijing right now, but I am unfortunately stuck here in the United States, in my home, in a province called Vermont, waiting out the Covid-19 virus and looking forward to getting back in China to resume my normal life in school.

我希望我现在能在北京与大家交流，但是很遗憾，我被困在美国佛蒙特州的家中抗击COVID-19病毒。我期待能够尽快回到中国恢复学校的正常工作生活。

If there is one thing that the global health crisis has taught us, it is that we are now in a truly global world.

“We are interconnected in all ways, health of course, but economically, socially, culturally, and in any way you can think about.
