紫棣是去年来到中育贝拉北京校区的，

来北京之前，紫棣从未离开过家

对于刚刚初二年级的她来说

次背井离乡异地求学

对她是一个巨大的考验

紫棣家境很好，父母哥哥都把她捧在掌心，视若珍宝

紫棣也很争气，全无娇生惯养的习气

踏实上进，尊敬懂礼

因为成绩优异，本应上9年级的年龄却直接进了10年级

学业的压力，生活的适应都成了她这一年必须要面对的问题

然而，让人欣慰的是，这个看上去文静柔弱的小女孩一学年下来

不仅生活料理的井井有条，宿舍评比屡次受到嘉奖

学习成绩也在期末以GPA4.0的成绩勇夺全班

这一年，她是如何调试自己的状态，又是如何面对和解决诸多问题的

不妨一起来听听已然是一名国际学校“老生”的她怎么说。

尊敬的领导、老师，各位家长，亲爱的同学们：

大家下午好！

我是一名十一年级的学生，我叫张紫棣，今天能够作为一名老生代表站在这里，与众多新生及家长们分享我在贝拉国际高中的一年学习生活，深感荣幸，请允许我代表老生欢迎各位老师、家长与新同学的到来。

在这一年里，每一天都是充实的。课程分门别类，老师专业化的教导，与丰富的社团活动培养了我们很多在生活上、学习上的技巧与能力。就我个人而言，过去一年的生活让我成长了不少，次独自生活在一个陌生的环境里，因此最先懂得的就是要自立。学会自己独立的去做每一件事情，消化每一次的情绪。在此也要感谢为我们付出关爱和帮助的所有老师，包括我们的宿管阿姨和其他校工。

再过一年我们就会出国学习，将要面临巨大的考验，是否能在学习的同时也能照顾好自己，因此我很感谢这一年的住校生活，让我得到了许多在独立生活、自主学习上的锻炼。相信家长们都希望孩子能提前适应到这种生活中，那么首先让我们学会独立就是的选择。

除此之外，在保证高质量的学习学术课程的同时，也有许多的课外实践与志愿者活动。这些活动不仅丰富了我们的生活经验，更开拓了我们的视野。生物课可以在室外亲自实践，追寻数亿年前的地球是如何渐渐形成我们如今所生活的环境。我们需要做的就是亲自去搜集材料，开动丰富的想象力去寻找答案。而这恰恰是我们在公立高中所不能得到的能力。

正所谓海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。这里已经成为你们新的起点，不要辜负自己的青春，享受学习的耕耘过程，珍惜、把握所有宝贵的机遇去为自己、为社会而奋斗。

衷心地祝福我们每个人都会有一个美好的未来。

Dear professors, parents, and students,

Good afternoon, everyone.

I am a student of grade eleven. My name is Tizzy. It is a great honor for me to stand here today as a seniors’ representative and to share my study life in last year at Bella International High School. On behalf of seniors, I would like to welcome teachers, parents and new students.

In this year, every day is fulfilling, with classified curricula(这个为复数形式), the professional teaching, and rich community activities. These have improved our skills and abilities in life and learning. Personally, I've grown up a lot in the past year. For the first time, I've lived alone in this strange environment. So, the first ability I got was to be independent. Learned to only tell good news to the family, learned to do everything independently, digested every emotion. In another year, we will go abroad to study and we will face a larger test. While studying, you can also take care of yourself. So I am very grateful for this year's school life, it let me get a lot of self-supporting abilities. I believe most of the parents want their children to adapt to this kind of life in advance. So let us learn self-reliance first is choice.

Besides, we also have a lot of extra-curricular practices and volunteer activities while ensuring high quality education. These not only enrich our life experience, but also broaden our horizons. Biology lessons can also be practiced outdoors. We can find out how the earth, millions of years ago, gradually formed the environment in which we’re living today by a more interesting way. What we need to do is collecting information by ourselves, and using our imagination to find answers. And that's exactly what I can't get in public junior high school.

This has become a new start for you. Don’t live up to your youth, enjoy school time, cherish and grasp all the valuable opportunities to fight for yourself and society.
