Get to grips with the fundamentals of project management with this short postgraduate course, that delves into the essential project management techniques needed to succeed in this career.

You’ll gain a thorough understanding of the complexities of modern business, and how having the ability to manage your resources effectively despite time and cost constraints can help you succeed in a constantly changing commercial environment.
