在这里学什么？Systems engineering is an interdisciplinary approach enabling the realization of successful systems by defining customer needs and required functionality early in the development cycle. Systems engineers need to be problem definers, not just problem solvers, and be involved with a system through its life cycle, from development through production, deployment, training support, operation, and disposal.
If you are concerned with this “whole system” and can take an interdisciplinary and top down approach, this graduate program might be right for you.

THESIS OPTION
In addition to six core courses, this track requires six hours of Sys Eng 5099-Graduate Research and four approved specialization track courses. As a thesis student, you cannot register for Eng Mgt 5099 until your Form I is on file. You must submit your typed Form I to the graduate office by the beginning of the semester of your 15th credit hour.
NON-THESIS OPTION
This track requires completion of four approved specialization track courses, in addition to six core courses.
