专业概况

Human nutrition faculty and students generate, disseminate and apply knowledge in human nutrition and dietetics to improve the quality of life for individuals, families and associated organizational systems. The program’s internationally recognized research, teaching and outreach are focused on:

• Nutrient metabolism
• Diet and risk of disease
• Weight management and prevention of obesity
• Sports nutrition
