2021年2月25-26日是我们喜迎Pre-IGCSE新生的日子。伴随着悠扬的歌声，同学们走进了校园，正式开始了上海德英乐学院的高中生涯。

It is the big day for us to welcome new intakes freshmen of Pre-IGCSE between February 25th and 26th. Accompanied by the pleasant singing, students entered the school and officially began their high school life in SDA.

Student Affairs Department has prepared surprises for our freshmen to record their own school lives! “Come on” from seniors made everyone feel warm and instantly involved in this big family with love and dream.

新的班级，新的集体，互相认识，建立坚固的友谊。

New classes, new groups. They will soon know each other and build strong relationships.

校长Ms Agnes 在新生开学典礼中以“新”和“春”为切入点

Principal Agnes used “new” and “spring” as the starting point during the spring intakes orientation.

“新”：新学期、新学校、新同学、新老师、新课程、新的学习方法、新的社交、新的生活......”新“带来不同，每天都是一篇新的华章，每一天突破自己，不断成长。

New: This word refers to new semester, new school, new students, new teachers, new courses, new learning methods, new social life, and new school life...... It brings differences and makes everyday a new chapter. Students should break through and progress each day.

“春”：一年之计在于春，作为春季班新生，肩负着一年之计，如何把握好一年之计，如何把握好人生?抓住春天的光阴，努力成为有想法、有行动、有目标的学生，收获一个季节满满的果实。

Spring: A whole year’s highlight happens in spring. As freshmen of SDA, students are undertaking this highlight and responsibility. How to manage it and even your life? The answer goes to that you should seize the time of spring, strive to become a student with ideas, actions and goals, and harvest a season full of good results.

It is a coincidence that the beginning ofthe new semester is also the day of Lantern Festival. Let’s have sweet soupballs, make lanterns and guess lantern riddles together!

新生们也将迎来人生的新阶段，新挑战，新机遇，希望大家在德英乐有个新的开始，收获健康丰盈的人生。
