专业概况

在这里学什么？

The MSc in Business Strategy, Leadership and Change has been designed to build student knowledge and understanding of formulating and monitoring business strategies, including how to develop change programmes and understand the impact of different leadership styles in particular contexts. The programme’s multidisciplinary approach to managing an organisation will provide students with deep managerial and organisational insights.

Course content

Business Models: Themes and Issues Strategic Change Leadership Competitive Strategy Research Philosophy and Practice

Plus any three from:

Business Economics Demand and Inventory Planning Green and Sustainable Logistics International Marketing Managing Diversity in Business Project Management Quality Management & Engineering System Thinking & Analysis

In addition to these taught courses, students pursuing the Master’s qualification undertake a research-based dissertation after the successful completion of the taught courses.

Career

Graduates have reported a significant impact on their career development in different sectors including business management, the financial sector, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and construction. Graduates may also progress to project and portfolio management, event management and change management roles.
