专业概况

Succeeding in business requires not only the knowledge of commercial best practices – it also demands a high level of interpersonal and professional skills. Studying online for a postgraduate diploma is an excellent way to develop both.

This focused course explores many of the key areas of business, including:

• the main principles and practices of contemporary management and organisational behaviour
• financial decision-making in the short and long term
