Organisational psychologists are in great demand as businesses are increasingly turning to psychology to motivate employees, recruit staff, understand markets and change institutional behaviour. This **** online and part-time PG Dip Organisational Psychology* is an employability focused programme that includes varied and applied assessment activities to help you build real-world workplace skills. You will learn the principles and practices of organisational psychologists and gain transferrable skills that are valued by a wide range of professions.

Your course will cover interdisciplinary topics within the fields of business and psychology including:

the concept of psychological assessment at work and how to conduct this process as a practising organisational psychologist
